MICROPROJECT: ABOVE ALL A MAJOR HUMAN PROJECT

  • a sustainable action of development initiated locally, in response to the needs expressed by the beneficiaries, actors of their own development.
  • a balanced partnership, respecting habits and customs, which promotes autonomy, encourages social innovation and offers prospects for the future.

DEDICATED EXPERTISE

Multiplicity of actors and funding sources, ability to express needs, variety of cultural approaches, diversity of modes of engagement, expectations of donors: bringing a project to fruition means above all getting out of the labyrinth.

Incubator of solidarity initiatives, La Guilde accompanies training, financing and evaluating.

We support and finance the implementation of international solidarity micro-projects thanks to the support of the French Development Agency, as well as public and private donors.

For forty years, La Guilde has supported French associations in the design of their project, the search for funding, the evaluation and the capitalization of their experiences. An incubation process that includes information meetings, individual interviews, management training, financing, field assessments and capitalization of experience.

An ethic of solidarity, when the 'I' and the 'we' have been experienced for forty years: initiator of the North-South Solidarity Endowments in 1983 at the Forum d'Agen, La Guilde shares its know-how with associative actors around the world.

Anchored in the world of volunteering, inspired by the necessary interdependence of living beings with their environment, these projects are all low-cost, high-impact, and therefore exemplary actions.

Focus Sport & Development

"The commitment, the evocative power of sport, can be a considerable accelerator of the dynamics of development", points out Rémy Rioux of AFD, our most important partner supporting these projects with a positive impact on education, social cohesion, integration of disabilities, health, equality, empowerment of women and professional integration.

A vector of development and peace in Africa, the practice of sport strengthens community balances, sculpts the confidence of young people, promotes harmony and propels, through its demands, towards active life.
