Founded in 1967 by Patrick Edel and a band of adventurous hearts with the complicity of Paul-Émile Victor, recognized as being of public utility since 1981, La Guilde Européenne du Raid, the official name of the association, intends to continue to trace a furrow during again – at least! - fifty years. On June 28, 2021, therefore, the General Assembly of La Guilde welcomes its first Companions. Dorinne Bourneton, Hubert de Chevigny, Yves Marre or Cléo Poussier-Cottel are among those called upon to promote “ the spirit of adventure, personal commitment, selfless effort, enthusiasm, service to others, in one's own activities and for the world, as cardinal values ". Then, during the dinner of the Compagnons on October 15 in Dijon, Corentin de Chatelperron, Isabelle Vayron or Evrard Wendenbaum, among others, joined them, while Les Ecrans de l'aventure celebrated 30 years of achievements and inspirations.
They will soon be 20 with the arrival, in 2022, of Jean-Baptiste Loiselet, Anne Quéméré, Sébastien Roubinet and Jean-Pierre Vaganay. They are and always will be pilots, publishers, navigators, producers, explorers, humanitarians – committed humanists. They are and will be, finally, pillars and benchmarks for building the future of La Guilde, the living heart of its community.

News, connections and encounters punctuate the life of this order of personalities who sometimes have nothing in common except the essential.
